2. Handmade & Custom-Made Nature of Products

  • Artisanal Variations: Because our products are meticulously crafted by hand, slight organic variations in color, texture, shape, and sizing are natural characteristics of authentic craftsmanship. These unique variations do not constitute product defects or faults.

  • Custom Orders: All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are created explicitly to your specifications. Production begins shortly after order placement, meaning custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.

3. Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Billing, Accounts, and Payment Security

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Digital Payments: If you choose to pay using digital payment options (such as credit/debit card processing through our gateway provider, PayFast), your transactional data is encrypted, secured, and handled strictly in accordance with local banking security standards.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you select Cash on Delivery, you agree to pay the exact order total in cash to the courier representative immediately upon delivery. Refusing deliveries without a valid justification may result in the suspension of your ability to shop with us in the future.

5. Accuracy of Shipping and Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed to ensure successful deliveries

We may provide you with access to integrated third-party tools (such as automated courier tracking systems or payment processors) which we neither monitor nor have any direct control over.
