At Irtqah, every piece is crafted with care, born from artisan hands, and packaged securely to reach you safely. Because our items are entirely handmade and created to order, our production times vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Production & Crafting Times (Before Dispatch)

Because we do not mass-produce, every order enters our creation queue. Please plan ahead when purchasing.

Small / Simpler Items: Require 4 to 5 business days for creation, curing, and quality checks before they can be dispatched.
Large / Time-Taking & Detailed Products: Require a minimum of 10 days for creation. If you are ordering a complex or large custom piece for an event or a specific deadline, you must place your order at least 10 days in advance to allow for proper crafting.

Note: You will be kept updated on the progress of your piece via email or text.

2. Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

Once your order leaves our artisan studio, delivery timelines across Pakistan are generally as follows:

Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

Please factor both the Production Time + Delivery Time together to estimate when your package will arrive at your doorstep.

3. Shipping Rates

Our shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen payment method.

Standard Courier Shipping: [Insert flat rate, e.g., Rs. 250] per order.
Conditional Free Shipping: We happily offer free shipping on all orders over [Insert amount, e.g., Rs. 5,000].

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To ensure a smooth delivery experience for both our team and our logistics partners, please note the following rules for Cash on Delivery:

Order Verification: We reserve the right to verify all COD orders via a phone call, WhatsApp text, or SMS before dispatching. Unverified orders will be put on hold.
Payment Upon Delivery: The exact cash amount printed on your invoice must be handed over to the courier representative immediately upon delivery before the package can be opened.
Refusal of Delivery: If a COD parcel is refused at the doorstep without a valid justification (such as clear physical damage to the box), your contact information and address may be restricted from placing future orders on our storefront.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier service, you will receive a confirmation message containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number on our partner’s infrastructure platform to track your parcel's live progress.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

We ship explicitly to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before finalizing your purchase. Irtqah is not responsible for delayed deliveries or returned shipments due to incorrect phone numbers or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
